What is a human library?
The book is a person that has volunteered to represent a stigmatized group in the community based on their personal experiences, or a person who has an interesting story and/or information to share.
Dr. Bridgette - Exploring the Path to Holistic Health and Embracing Naturopathic Medicine
I will delve into the core values and principles that define naturopathic medicine, an integrative and holistic approach to health. As a naturopathic doctor I will explain how and why we are different and tell you about the foundational concepts that I use every day in my practice. We will explore the importance of a comprehensive approach that addresses the underlying cause of health concerns and promotes overall wellbeing. I will explain my passion for proactive strategies that prevent illness and maintain health, emphasizing lifestyle and dietary choices that support long term wellness. My goal is to educate the reader on how naturopathic medicine can help everyone, leading to a more balanced and vibrant quality of life!
