Volunteering
Any person over the age of 14 can volunteer at the Library, provided they (or a parent or legal guardian if the volunteer is under 18) complete a volunteer application form, successfully pass the screening process interview, reference check, and Police Record Check.
Volunteer applications can be picked up at our Public Services desk or by contacting Elaine Kelly at 705-445-1571 ext. 6253 or ekelly@collingwoodpubliclibrary.ca

Library Board Member
Are you passionate about libraries and community service? We’re looking for one dedicated individual to join the our board of trustees and help shape the future of our library! The board acts in a governance capacity, setting the strategic initiatives for the library, providing policy direction, advocacy, and ensures that solid management practices are followed. We meet 7 to 10 times per year. Applications are due November 15.

Arts Advisory Council
We are currently seeking individuals to join our Arts Advisory Council. The purpose of this group is to initiate, receive, review and book applications from artists and artisans into our gallery and display areas in the library. We meet 6 to 8 times per year and are responsible for engaging the community in the arts. If interested, please apply with a cover letter and resume to Leigh Ann Epp: lepp@collingwoodpubliclibrary.ca
