Join lawyers Shari Haynes and Kathleen Judd of the Simcoe County Law Association who will present information and answer questions covering various legal issues related to seniors.

  • October 4 - Shari Haynes will speak about wills, powers of attorney and estate planning.
  • October 18 - Shari Haynes will speak about guardian applications to the court when someone does not have a power of attorney.
  • November 1 - Shari Haynes  will speak on selling and buying real estate, as well as adding family to title and survivorship applications.
  • November 15 - Kathleen Judd will speak on the abuses pertaining to wills and powers of attorney. 
  • November 29 - Kathleen Judd will speak on estate planning with step-families. This will outline the family law act and second marriages with estate law.
